It’s not the heat or the humidity
With the upcoming sketch comedy show “Portlandia” on the way, some intrepid souls who haven’t already heard the siren song calling to them from the Pacific Northwest may finally make the trek up here, belongings in tow. For the most part, I say “Go for it”. I did it, and I don’t regret it in the least. BUT…it’s not for everyone, and not just because of the quirky, liberal culture.
